This remote role focuses on developing strategic plans, supporting staff growth, and ensuring effective program delivery to enhance educational access for under-resourced students.

With travel during the summer to various Academy sites, this full-time temporary position offers a salary range of $80,700 – $88,770, along with benefits like health insurance and a retirement plan.

• 5+ years of professional experience serving high school or undergraduate students.
• 3+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• 3+ years leading a team.
