Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, recreation management, sports management, hospitality management, marketing, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration, recreation management, sports management, higher education administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing requests, purchase orders, vendor documentation, invoices, reimbursements, and supporting materials.
• Oversee membership services, including enrollment, renewals, eligibility verification, payments, refunds, account updates, and membership records.
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes in collaboration with unit supervisors and appropriate university offices.
• Manage departmental employee timekeeping and payroll coordination, including reviewing time entries, monitoring deadlines, verifying approvals, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on revenue, membership, sponsorships, and auxiliary-service activities for leadership.
