Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of wage-earning experience with a bachelor’s degree in HR, admissions, academic advisement, student life, career services or related field.
• Two years of wage-earning experience with a master’s degree in the same areas.
• Supervisory experience preferred; demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage career and transfer operations and programs.
• Develop and implement career development and transfer services for students and alumni.
• Manage program budgets and collaborate with employers and transfer partners.
• Provide career counseling, training, and information sessions to support employability and transfer goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and advisors in the center.
• Build partnerships with four-year colleges and local employers; assess program effectiveness.
