• Works with academic deans and faculty to create experiential internships for students.
• Monitors and evaluates strategic plans for career services and student leadership programs.
• Supervises assigned staff to ensure effective execution of career services.
• Maintains employer databases and oversees department website and publications.
• Oversees coordination of signature programs such as Career Fairs and leadership institutes.
