• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, enterprise software administration, and application support.
• Experience in banking/financial services is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and incident management for bank personnel, log incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Monitor enterprise app performance and apply vendor patches and config updates to ensure uptime and stability.
• Plan and support end-to-end deployments, major upgrades, and integration projects with governance.
• Lead UAT for new releases ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Identify bottlenecks and perform DB and app performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base and documentation.
