Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across EY businesses and client engagements. You will mentor a team, integrate external tools for monitoring and compliance, and ensure knowledge-based AI adoption with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the business.
• Serve as player-coach, guiding technical delivery and firmwide adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
• Lead with governance, risk management, and compliance in AI programs.
