Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across the enterprise. This role balances hands-on delivery with cross‑functional coordination, ensuring compliant, scalable knowledge‑based AI adoption.

You will mentor a team building multi‑agent capabilities and work across foundation models, safety tooling, and governance to deliver impactful AI solutions for EY clients and internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Knowledge of AI foundation model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiar with agentic patterns: orchestration, loop engineering, memory integration.
• Familiarity with AI native development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks with foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while guiding firmwide adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for knowledge AI systems and applications.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
