Job summary

• Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for transfer enrollment initiatives and innovative transfer partnerships.
• Serve as primary liaison to community college partners and stakeholders to strengthen transfer pathways.
• Lead Eagle PATH transfer partnership and oversee transfer enrollment pipelines and concurrent enrollment activities.
• Develop recruitment and yield strategies aligned with the University's Strategic Plan.
• Analyze enrollment data and market intelligence to guide decisions and continuous improvements.
• Represent the University at recruitment events and travel across the Commonwealth.
