Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Product Manager for Software and Digital Platforms (SDP).

You will define products, translate market needs into requirements, and drive alignment across engineering, program teams, and business units. You will bridge software, embedded, and hardware teams to enable scalable, reusable platform capabilities and guide roadmaps with a focus on customer value and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
10+ years in product management, systems engineering, or related role supporting embedded products.
Hands-on understanding of embedded software development practices and software lifecycle.
Experience translating customer/market needs into detailed product requirements and driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs for SW, Digital, and AI into stakeholder product requirements.
Define product scope, use cases, feature priorities, and requirements for software and digital platforms.
Collaborate with software, embedded, systems, and hardware teams to refine requirements and ensure reusable platform architecture.
Develop roadmaps, balance customer demand with technical feasibility and resource constraints.
Create business cases and support project scoping and lifecycle planning.
Guide product lifecycle from concept to launch, sustainment, and end of life.
