Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA seeks a Principal/Sr.

Principal Product Manager for Software and Digital Platforms to define products and translate market needs into executable requirements across software, AI, and platform offerings. You will partner with marketing, engineering, and customers to shape product direction, manage roadmaps, and ensure architectures are scalable and reusable across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in product management or related roles supporting embedded products.
Experience with embedded software, firmware, or software-enabled hardware platforms.
Strong technical and business judgment for tradeoffs and roadmapping.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into stakeholder product requirements for SW, Digital, and AI.
Define product scope, use cases, feature priorities, and requirements.
Collaborate with software, embedded, systems, and hardware teams to refine requirements.
Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization across platforms.
Develop business cases and assess development effort and lifecycle implications.
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and shape direction.
