Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Software and Digital Platforms. You will define products, translate market needs into requirements, and drive alignment across engineering and business units.

Lead with a bridge between vertical end-markets and SW/AI teams, shaping roadmaps and validating engineering tradeoffs for reusable platform capabilities across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or a related role supporting embedded products.
• Demonstrated experience managing or defining products that include embedded software, firmware, or software-enabled hardware platforms.
• Hands-on understanding of embedded software development practices and lifecycle.
• Experience translating customer and market needs into detailed product requirements.
• Strong technical and business judgment for feature prioritization and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs for software, digital platforms, and AI into stakeholder requirements.
• Define scope, use cases, feature priorities, and requirements for software and platform offerings.
• Collaborate with software, embedded, systems, and hardware teams to refine requirements and ensure usability and reuse.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization for software-enabled products and platform capabilities.
• Develop business cases and assess development effort, costs, and lifecycle implications.
• Navigate product lifecycle from concept to launch, sustaining needs, and adoption.
