Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal/Principal Product Manager for Software and Digital Platforms to define products and drive alignment across engineering and business units.

You will translate market needs into executable requirements and guide software-enabled platform initiatives. You will collaborate with hardware, embedded, and software teams to ensure scalable, reusable solutions and shape the product roadmap through prioritization and business-case analysis for diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, applications engineering, or a related role supporting embedded products.
• Hands-on understanding of embedded software development practices, software lifecycle considerations, and the interaction between firmware, drivers, middleware, hardware, and end applications.
• Experience translating customer and market needs into detailed product requirements and driving cross-functional alignment through execution.
• Strong technical and business judgment, including the ability to assess product tradeoffs, prioritize features, and contribute to business case development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering, business, and customer teams without direct authority.
• Understanding of competitive dynamics, customer workflows, and software platform trends in embedded and digital product environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs for SW, Digital, and AI into stakeholder product requirements and priorities.
• Define product scope, use cases, feature priorities, and requirements for software and platform offerings.
• Collaborate with software, embedded, systems, and hardware teams to refine requirements and ensure scalable, reusable products.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization balancing demand, value, feasibility, and resources.
• Develop business cases, assess development effort, cost, lifecycle implications, and platform reuse opportunities.
• Guide product lifecycle from concept to launch, including release readiness and customer adoption.
