Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for the Corporate Treasury team to support settlement services across our core network. You will analyze requirements, coordinate projects, and enable operational capabilities with cross-functional partners.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented collaboration with business, product, and technology teams, translating needs into actionable tasks and ensuring timely delivery. This position is based in Helena, MT in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or related fields.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements or actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements to settlement services and related Treasury capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units and the product teams to gather requirements, evaluate operational impacts, and support delivery of new or improved settlement processes.
• Conduct financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impact analysis.
• Prepare materials and insights for leadership review, ensuring clear communication of findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Technology teams to ensure requirements are documented, understood, and properly implemented.
• Assist in identifying risks, potential impacts, and mitigation strategies related to settlement services.
• Manage assigned projects and workstreams, including planning, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, managing dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and according to scope.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and act as a dependable Treasury partner across projects and initiatives.
