In this role you will oversee Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Debit Card strategy, supervise 3–4 analysts, develop pricing and product strategies, and translate insights into actionable business plans while mentoring talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth and profitability strategies for Capital One.
