Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as sales or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience with document management systems in Quality and GxP areas.
• Proficiency in document management and product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry working groups to influence global standards.
• Own and evolve the quality content model and common standards.
• Develop strategic plans to address customer 'friction points'.
• Contribute to the future direction and vision of QualityDocs.
