Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our Quality team. This remote, full-time position allows you to support customer engagements without a fixed location, providing vital consulting services for our QMS and Quality Docs clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Life Sciences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. They should be comfortable addressing Quality processes and possess significant software configuration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuring/supporting software in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Regulated industry.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with task-switching ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for multiple clients post-go-live.
• Configure applications based on client needs, including workflows and security.
• Assist with Quality processes such as CAPAs and Audits.
