Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights, Patient & Access Analytics to serve as the strategic analytics lead across the UPLIZNA portfolio. You will shape an integrated analytics strategy spanning patient journey, reimbursement, and payer access dynamics to inform Patient Access and brand strategy.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with analytics, sales and/or marketing operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of analytics experience.
• 10+ years for high school path; alternative combinations accepted.
• Experience leading analytics in biopharma or related fields preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define analytical strategies for patient access analytics within multiple indications.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across Patient Services, Market Access, Brand, Sales, Forecasting, Data Science, and Data Strategy.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage external vendors and guide analytical resources to deliver actionable insights.
