Job summary

Amgen Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Portfolio Marketing to lead AI-enabled commercial capabilities for the UPLIZNA portfolio. You will coordinate field technology, account engagement, and analytics to drive strategic commercial outcomes.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Health IT, Medical, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver measurable improvements in portfolio performance while upholding governance and patient-focused standards.

Qualifications

Minimum advanced degree with AI-enabled capabilities and field technology experience.
Experience in marketing portfolios and digital capabilities.
Ability to translate portfolio needs into clear use cases and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-enabled innovation roadmap for the UPLIZNA portfolio and related commercial capabilities.
Oversee field technology initiatives to improve customer engagement and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Health IT and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.
Define adoption, governance, and change-management approaches for responsible AI use.
