Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Insights, Patient & Access Analytics to lead the analytics strategy across the UPLIZNA portfolio, aligning Patient Services, Market Access, Brand and Sales. The role requires advanced analytics experience (doctorate/master’s preferred) and strong collaboration across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s with analytics/sales ops experience can qualify
• Bachelor’s with extensive analytics/sales ops experience qualifies

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient & Access Analytics strategy for UPLIZNA indications and lead prioritization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for patient access journey and brand performance.
• Lead external vendors and manage analytics resources to drive business impact.
• Communicate complex analytics clearly to senior leadership.
