Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Medical Communications & Publications to lead US scientific communications in Neurology and oversee local publications.

The role includes developing materials, coordinating with medical teams, and guiding publication strategy across programs. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in medical communications, publications, and medical affairs, with strong collaboration skills and knowledge of ICMJE/GPP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Medical Communication, Publications, and/or Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech.
• Understanding of data generation and dissemination and activities related to planning, conduct, and analysis of clinical trials.
• Ability to engage collaboratively with neurology experts, investigators and opinion leaders.
• Working knowledge of ICMJE/GPP 2022 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, execution, and tracking of medical communication materials for Neurology.
• Partner with medical teams on development and review of materials ensuring up-to-date scientific information and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to scientific narratives and publication platforms in collaboration with Global teams.
• Implement omnichannel communication tactics across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Support congress planning, materials, and post-congress field resources.
• Oversee locally developed publications, including abstracts and manuscripts, with review and submission processes.
