Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Publication Manager to lead publications projects and provide strategic direction for US biopharma clients. You will own publication plans end-to-end, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring publication integrity and compliance.

The role focuses on strategic publication leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of publications experience in medical communications or related environment.
• Experience leading publication plans from strategy through delivery.
• Strong client-facing experience with strategic counsel.
• Exposure to peer review, manuscript revisions, and publication development.

Responsibilities

• Lead publications and medical communications projects with high-quality outputs (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, slide decks).
• Own publication plans and programs from planning through execution; be primary client contact.
• Provide strategic guidance on publication planning and dissemination strategies.
