Randstad USA is recruiting on behalf of a client in the energy sector for a Procurement Manager, Major Projects in Columbus, OH. You will lead integrated procurement for major capital projects, partnering with project leadership and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work onsite at the 1RP location. Expect a contract engagement with daytime hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within large capital, utility, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to work onsite at the 1RP location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement partner and single point of coordination for assigned major capital projects.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the integrated project procurement plan aligned with milestones for engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and risk registers to anticipate commercial issues and provide executive-level reporting.
• Establish clear accountability, decision paths, and escalation across Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls.
• Represent material and capacity requirements within portfolio planning to inform project execution priorities.
