Randstad USA is recruiting on behalf of a client in the energy sector for a Procurement Manager, Major Projects in Columbus, OH. You will lead integrated procurement for major capital projects, partnering with project leadership and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work onsite at the 1RP location. Expect a contract engagement with daytime hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within large capital, utility, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement partner and single point of coordination for assigned major capital projects.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the integrated project procurement plan aligned with milestones for engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and risk registers to anticipate commercial issues and provide executive-level reporting.
• Establish clear accountability, decision paths, and escalation across Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls.
• Represent material and capacity requirements within portfolio planning to inform project execution priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement partner and single point of coordination for assigned major capital projects, collaborating closely with project leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the integrated project procurement plan, ensuring full alignment with engineering, construction, and commissioning milestones.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and risk registers to anticipate commercial issues, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Establish clear accountability, decision paths, and escalation processes across Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls.
• Represent material and capacity requirements within Our Client's portfolio planning process to incorporate key prioritization decisions into project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Associate's with 10+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority on large capital, utility, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracting, supplier management, and willingness to work onsite at Our Client's 1RP location.
