BGCA is seeking a Senior Director, Conferences & Events to set the strategy for national, regional, and role-based gatherings. You will lead a three-person event management team and partner with senior leaders, hotels, and venues to deliver large-scale conferences.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and travel up to 40%. The successful candidate will own multimillion-dollar budgets, drive sponsorships and attendee experiences, and elevate BGCA's events across

Formación

• 10+ years leading large-scale conferences or events including complex logistics
• Experience managing multi-property hotel blocks, housing, AV/production, and attendee experience
• Experience with budget forecasting, vendor negotiations, and revenue opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy for national, regional, and role-based conferences and learning events
• Partner with senior leaders to turn vision into successful experiences with budget and sponsorship considerations
• Lead complex events (3,000+ attendees) across multiple venues and partners
• Build scalable processes, governance, timelines, tools, and standards for events
• Develop team capabilities and ensure strong execution translates into strategic partnerships
• Own and manage multimillion-dollar budgets and ROIs; drive sponsorship and partner value
• Elevate attendee experience from registration to post-event engagement
• Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented event team
