Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Service Learning & Impact in Community Engagement (SLICE) seeks an Assistant Director of Community Engagement Operations & Partnerships. This role leads operational planning, data management, risk coordination, and outreach strategies to support student engagement and community programs.

As a SLICE leadership team member, you will build campus and community partnerships, oversee student employee administration, and ensure programs align with institutional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Public Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum six years of professional experience in higher education or nonprofit leadership.
• At least one year of staff supervision.
• Experience managing projects, operations, programs, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for operational infrastructure and partnerships within SLICE.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, and data management across programs.
• Lead outreach strategies and supervise student employees and staff.
• Develop and maintain collaborative campus and community partnerships.
