Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Senior Manager to lead estate and legacy giving programs, partnering closely with Compliance and Operations to build a sustainable operating model and enhance donor experiences. You will drive strategic vision, program roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the legacy giving portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, program management, planned giving, trust and estate administration, wealth management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Fidelity Charitable estate and legacy giving programs.
• Define and evolve the Estate Desk operating model, including intake, donor intent tracking, gift administration, realization, and post-death processes.
• Support strategies that expand awareness, adoption, and utilization of legacy giving solutions while growing the planned giving pipeline.
• Develop partnerships to advance planned giving opportunities and improve donor experiences.
