Fidelity Investments seeks a Director to lead estate gift administration and ensure compliance for Fidelity Charitable. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support gift intake, due diligence, and administration, engaging with attorneys and financial advisors to structure and document gifts effectively.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical discipline, Juris Doctor preferred
• 8 plus years of trust administration, planned giving or gift administration experience
• A strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and donor‑advised funds
• Ability to interface and build working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including trusts and estates attorneys and financial advisors as needed.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead meetings and influence outcomes without formal authority
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain and address complex issues and present effective solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative oversight for estate administration activities including trust and estate files, probate and legal actions.
• Interface with attorneys, executors and personal representatives to effectively administer estate gifts in a timely manner.
• Advise business teams on planned gifts, including wills, trusts, retirement accounts and split-interest gifts.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to estate gift intake, diligence, administration and oversight.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.
