Job summary

Columbia University is seeking a Manager, Endpoint Security & M365 Engineering to oversee Windows security patching and day-to-day engineering of the M365 environment. You will handle ThreatDown and Crowdstrike configurations, migrate data to SharePoint, and provide Tier 3 support for enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years related experience.
• 2+ years Windows systems administration, scripting, and packaging.
• SCCM/Intune experience and strong M365 knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows security patching with Intune, SCCM, and PatchMyPC.
• Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise tools and cybersecurity incident handling.
• Lead upgrades, installs, and migrations to secure systems.
• Manage ThreatDown and Crowdstrike endpoints infrastructure.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of users and document processes.
