• Experience as a school or district leader in professional learning preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the Chief Schools Officer to establish a strategic plan for district-wide professional learning priorities and structures.
• Supervise, develop, and manage staff delivering professional learning.
• Align the professional learning plan to established standards and director-level expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure responsive learning for networks and school leaders.
• Secure and manage external partnerships to provide robust professional learning.
• Administer grants and contracts related to in-role developmental programs for school leaders.
• Lead continuous improvement data cycles with the Continuous Improvement team and related professional learning.
• Coordinate with data management to align scope with achievement and observational data.
• Refine CPS standards of practice and competencies for school leadership.
