Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting.
Strong analytics, financial modeling, and business case development.
Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging.
Ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in emerging technologies and financial innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic crypto projects with cross-functional teams.
Synthesize data to generate insights, develop business cases, and inform product/market strategies.
