The role requires 5+ years in strategy or operating roles, analytics, and strong communication skills. You will influence product strategy, market positioning, and regulatory considerations in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting.
• Experience in analytics, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills; proven ability to work across functions and drive alignment.
• High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies and financial innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic crypto projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, technology, finance, risk, and operations).
• Synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, develop business cases, and inform product and market strategies.
• Build and maintain perspectives on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments in digital assets.
• Develop high-impact presentations and analysis for executive audiences.
• Own workstreams within complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery, from ideation to implementation.
• Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to advance strategic priorities.
• Exercise professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
