Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting.
• Demonstrated analytics, financial modeling, and business-case development experience.
• Excellent problem solving and storytelling abilities; proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Superior written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills; able to drive alignment across functions.
• High attention to detail, urgency, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and curiosity about emerging technologies and financial innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic crypto projects with cross-functional teams (product, technology, finance, risk, operations).
• Synthesize large data sets to generate insights, build business cases, and inform strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments in digital assets.
• Create high-impact presentations and analyses for executives.
• Own workstreams within complex projects from ideation to implementation.
• Cultivate relationships across the organization and with external partners.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
