Job summary

HelloFresh in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Manager, Cost Performance and Supply Chain Optimization to oversee a portfolio of strategic programs for our Canadian brand Factor_. You will work across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Planning and Warehouse to own end-to-end COGS reporting and drive supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, project management, finance, inventory, manufacturing or supply chain with exposure to complex programs.
• Strong understanding of costs, budgets, P&L and waste.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and manage resources without direct authority.
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics, data frameworks, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the portfolio of initiatives to improve supply chain performance and align with priorities.
• Lead weekly COGS reporting for Factor Canada and participate in Steercos with leadership.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and design measurable improvement programs.
• Define data architecture and data flows with Tech to support supply chain performance.
• Strengthen offshore team capability (HelloConnect) and coordinate resources.
• Provide problem solving and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations and governance for program progress.
