Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Director of Finance Operations to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel & Expense for all North American brands. You will manage a ~35-person team across NYC, CO, and offshore, driving procure-to-pay and order-to-cash improvements, and partnering with Finance and Technology leadership to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires 12+ years in finance, a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, and experience with high-volume AP/AR and e-commerce

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance experience in high-volume AP/AR environments.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with e-commerce and supply-chain.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/AR and Travel & Expense for NA brands (HelloFresh and partners).
• Manage ~35-person team across NYC, CO and offshore.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, margins and productivity.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs; partner with business, technology and operations.
