Neurelis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across sales and marketing. You will manage the CRM (Veeva), partner with data integrators, and deliver insights to improve commercial performance.

The role requires strong statistical understanding, expert data visualization skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to field teams and leadership. San Diego base with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent understanding and solid experience using CRM (Veeva).
• Proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Able to think critically, solve problems efficiently, and identify solutions that improve sales processes.
• Know basic statistical terms and be able to build and explain graphs, charts, data tables.
• Understand how data is structured, stored, processed, displayed and consumed.
• Skilled in using data analysis tools and software (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Comfortable explaining trends and applying basic math functions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and administer the company’s CRM (Veeva).
• Collaborate with external partners to manage data between CRM and data warehouse/MDM.
• Maintain HCP profile information and alignment in MDM.
• Build, modify and maintain CRM interfaces for the field organization.
• Support deployment of MLR approved materials through CRM.
• Extract, analyze and interpret CRM data for actionable insights.
• Conduct periodic ad hoc analyses for commercial decisions.
• Analyze sales patterns for improvement areas.
• Respond to information requests from the commercial organization.
• Support Omnichannel Promotional efforts across marketing and sales.
• Educate the field on AI initiatives like Next Best Action and Predictive Alerts.
• Develop automated reporting for executive and field insights.
