Job summary

Definium Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead commercial analytics capabilities across data sources, turning complex data into actionable insights. You will own the analytics strategy, collaborate with IT and vendors, and drive scalable reporting and governance.

The role requires leading analytics projects, building dashboards in Power BI, and partnering with stakeholders to influence leadership decisions and commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports preferred.
• Independently own analytics projects from requirements through delivery and stakeholder adoption.
• Hands-on with large healthcare and commercial datasets (claims, RWD, CRM, HCP/HCO, payer).
• Strong dashboards and analytics in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization, report design.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, requirements, solution design, delivery, validation, adoption, and improvement of commercial analytics capabilities.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches using diverse data sources to inform leadership decisions.
• Develop SQL queries and data transformations to create datasets and automate reporting.
• Lead complex analytics workstreams with project plans and governance, coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, data vendors, and partners on data acquisition, integration, warehousing, and delivery.
• Define KPIs, governance, data quality, documentation, lineage, and repeatable reporting standards.
• Perform HCP/HCO analytics, segmentation, site-of-care analysis, field performance, forecast support, and scenario analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
