Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Associate for the Data Cloud Applications team to drive operational excellence, client support, and solution innovation. This role collaborates with partners to win new business, grow accounts, and deliver strategic solutions that meet client goals.

You will demo Opportunity Explorer, act as a trusted advisor, capture client feedback for the product roadmap, and train client teams on Data Cloud Intelligence features, enabling broader platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client-facing experience in advertising or marketing tech.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with real-time impact on day-to-day business.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Analytical thinker with data interpretation skills.
• Translates complex data findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Zeta Data Cloud Identity Graph to support audience curation and data-related inquiries.
• Confidently demo Zeta’s Opportunity Explorer solutions to showcase value to brands.
• Act as a primary contact and trusted advisor for clients and account teams with actionable recommendations.
• Identify strategic opportunities from Data Cloud Intelligence and present findings to stakeholders.
• Offer strategic recommendations during RFPs, highlighting application of Zeta’s solutions.
• Train client teams on Data Cloud Intelligence features.
• Audit and maintain client accounts ensuring solutions are loaded and active.
• Capture client needs to inform the product roadmap and liaise with the Product team.
• Advocate for client-driven enhancements to influence future platform developments.
