Job summary

The Huntington National Bank seeks a Head of BIN Sponsorship Operations to lead the teams and processes that support BIN Sponsorship clients from origination through onboarding, relationship management, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to ensure disciplined execution, scalable processes, and strong client outcomes across due diligence, approval, onboarding and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 12+ years in operational leadership in banking/payments.
• Experience with merchant acquiring, payment facilitation, settlements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Account Management team for BIN Sponsorship clients.
• Establish consistent account-management practices and relationship plans.
• Lead Product and Onboarding teams coordinating due diligence and onboarding.
• Drive disciplined processes across due diligence, contracting, onboarding, and lifecycle.
• Maintain visibility into pipeline, onboarding, risks, and capacity; report to GM.
• Represent operations in governance forums and client meetings.
