Job summary

A&K Railroad Materials Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to manage asset recovery and secondary markets.

You will drive value from scrap materials, surplus inventory, and related assets across North America, shaping pricing strategy and commercial negotiations. You'll partner with operations, sales, finance, and customers to identify new markets, build relationships, and negotiate contracts that improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in scrap recycling, metals sales, commodity trading, or asset recovery.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of scrap markets, commodity pricing, and contracting.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office and ERP experience.

• Lead strategy for maximizing value of scrap materials and secondary assets.
• Identify emerging markets and build strategic relationships.
