Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania's Morris Arboretum & Gardens seeks an Associate Director of Annual Giving & Membership to lead the unrestricted giving strategy through the Annual Fund, Collectors Circle, and Membership programs, which together generate about $2 million annually.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Associate Director develops a data-driven plan, cultivates and solicits donors, and coordinates gift processing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Arboretum’s unrestricted giving programs.
• Lead annual giving, membership, and leadership annual giving initiatives.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors to grow unrestricted annual giving.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Visitor Experience for donor experience.
