Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans for evaluation, cultivation, and solicitation of annual gifts; travel to visit donors.
  • Establish, implement, and evaluate plans to solicit philanthropic support.
  • Assess, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of higher gifts prospects.
  • Promote understanding of philanthropic priorities to academic leadership, volunteers, alumni, and employees.
  • Prepare proposal, solicitation, and cultivation materials; build donor relationships.
  • Collate and interpret data to develop relationships with potential donors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, donors, committees, alumni, and boards.
  • Partner with campus units to provide events and advisory meetings; manage fundraising activities as assigned.
