You will lead month-end close, manage SOX controls, prepare SEC schedules, and present results to leaders, delivering actionable insights and enhancing the integrity of financial processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and implement process improvements across divisions.
• Complete critical month-end close activities with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Execute SOX internal controls for revenue recognition, reserves, deferred revenue, lease accounting, impairment analysis, and contingent consideration.
• Prepare quarterly SEC reporting schedules with precision and regulatory compliance.
• Perform and present monthly financial statement reviews to divisional leaders providing actionable insights.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen financial integrity and efficiency.
• Conduct GAAP research and draft accounting memos on ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Communicate recommendations and insights to support organizational goals.
