• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to month-end close, including journal entries and consolidation.
• Support ProCare BU’s Marketing, Selling and G&A as finance partner.
• Explain variances between budgeted and actual results and flag actions.
• Assist in annual budgets and quarterly projections; analyze variances.
• Track fee-per-case data, prepare monthly billings, monitor contractual metrics.
• Develop KPIs and align with business partners.
