• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in enrollment, admissions, or marketing.
• Experience supervising staff.

Aufgaben

• Develop enrollment and recruitment strategy tied to class size, credentials, diversity, and net tuition revenue.
• Forecast enrollment, applicant volume, and yield for leadership decisions.
• Run admissions process from review to scholarship notifications and onboarding; advise Faculty Admissions Committee.
• Ensure ABA standards, LSAC requirements, and regulatory compliance with Financial Aid.
• Collaborate with Communications and Marketing on recruitment campaigns across print, web, email, social media, paid search, and digital ads.
• Build relationships with pre-law advisors, undergrads, alumni, and prospective students at events.
• Lead and develop the Admissions team, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Apply admissions databases, LSAC systems, CRM platforms; use AI tools to improve enrollment operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full time; no visa sponsorship offered.
