Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation, and annual assessment of a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
• Lead the full recruitment and applicant‑engagement lifecycle from prospect identification through matriculation.
• Direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of on‑campus and virtual recruitment programs and events.
• Oversee admissions databases, tracking, and recruitment technology; manage budget and vendor relationships.
• Provide leadership for recruitment personnel and programs, including training and performance monitoring.
