Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in admissions, student enrollment or a related field.
• Unite/ACES2 law school customer relationship management system expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of admission professionals in developing recruitment strategies and planning.
• Creates a calendar of events including information sessions, school visits, interviews, and webinars.
• Oversees execution of admission and recruitment programs and campus visit activities.
• Organizes counseling sessions and workshops on the admissions process.
• Manages travel recruiting budget for targeted enrollment strategies.
• Analyzes enrollment reports and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Conducts staff training on recruitment and marketing efforts.
• Performs employee evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with University policies and internal controls.
• Represents Miami Law at regional and national events and to diverse constituents.
• Supports diversity recruitment initiatives and outreach to minority-serving institutions.
• Compiles and interprets student data and reports findings.
• Supports mass communications and marketing strategies in Admissions.
