Job summary

Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Recruiting to lead the recruitment, onboarding and integration of lateral partners across the firm’s West Coast offices. You will partner with the Senior Director of Legal Recruiting and senior stakeholders to identify needs and recruit top talent.

You will build a robust pipeline through market research, strategic outreach and competitive intelligence, while also driving diversity initiatives and coordinating with marketing and firm

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of legal recruiting/talent management experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. preferred.
• Existing network of productive recruiters and search firms at partner level.
• Experience managing direct reports is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the legal market and related professional groups.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and integration for lateral partners in West Coast offices.
• Identify hiring needs and target candidates with strategic growth in mind.
• Develop market research to build a robust lateral partner pipeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute due diligence and interview strategies.
• Lead recruitment initiatives supporting diversity goals and marketing efforts.
• Supervise the recruitment team and participate in professional development.
