Job summary

ExecutiveID & Search is seeking a Landscape Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for landscaping operations. You will ensure materials, plants, equipment, and irrigation supplies are procured at the right cost and delivered on time to support project schedules.

Responsibilities include procurement oversight, PO creation, scheduling, team leadership, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or related industries.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities for landscaping materials including plants, irrigation materials, and related equipment.
• Create, issue, and track purchase orders; verify pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
• Reconcile POs with invoices and delivery receipts; resolve discrepancies and 3-way match.
