Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for residential, commercial, and municipal/government landscape projects.
• Directly manage General Managers; ensure alignment with company growth and profitability.
• Standardize workflows across divisions to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime.
• Ensure project safety, quality control, timeline adherence and full contract compliance.
• Communicate operational performance metrics and project statuses to executives.
• Oversee asset management, fleet, heavy equipment, and supply purchasing.
• Foster employee engagement, leadership development, and high-performance cultures.
• Be adaptable, open to new ideas, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and drive company vehicles as required.
• Work 50–55 hours per week with occasional weekend or off-hours as needed.
