You will mentor teams, optimize processes, and drive profitable growth while ensuring design integrity and quality site solutions. The role emphasizes leadership across five pillars: people, forecasting, customer relations, sales coaching, and construction/estimating oversight, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and project

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in landscape construction, design, or estimating with 2–3 years in sales management or leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but practical experience valued.
• Leadership: team-first style with strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Skills: advanced communication, coordination across internal teams and external clients.
• Technical: deep understanding of landscape estimating, design principles, site conditions, bidding.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and supervise design and sales teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Lead design and sales meetings; conduct weekly 1-on-1s and regular leadership reviews.
• Develop sales forecasts, align marketing with sales goals, and monitor margin performance.
• Oversee client escalations, maintain brand integrity, and optimize customer experience.
• Ensure accurate pricing, site condition considerations, and scope definitions for proposals.
